Shipping Policy
We generally dispatch order within 24 hours of successful payment received. Most of the order are shipped through either India Post or Fedex courier service and it takes approximately 4 days in India and if the shipping address is out of India then it takes 15 to 20 working days to deliver the products at customer door step.
In most of the case if the customer form US, UK, Australia, Germany and France origin purchases for more than USD $ 40. The order automatically approved for expedite shipping and will be dispatched through Fedex, DHL Express or Aramex which deliver the shipment generally with in a weeks.
The address must be correct in all respect at which product to be delivered. An extra shipping charge will be charged for re-shipping, if a non-delivery occurs due to incorrect address or name or any other information.
International Duties & Taxes
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes as per their country laws once a shipment reaches customers’ country. Additional charges for customs clearance shall be borne by customers itself; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for any further information.
Return and Refund Policy
For International Buyer
Customers can make a return request only if they find the product damage or does not match with the description provided on this website. In case of return, the Customer must contact to us within 48 hours of receiving the item, so that we can process refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product back to us. The return postage will be Borne by Indian art and product must be returned within 30 days of received by the customer and it should not be altered, tempered & should be in its original packaging.
If customer want to return the product just because he/she do not like, the return postage will be borne by the customer itself and product must be delivered back to us within 30 days of received by the customers.
For Indian Buyer
